This topic in particular very often is not taken very much into consideration and is thought to be an absolutely superfluous thing and which one can very well do without, but apparently it is not so!

Nowadays, a lot of teenagers live very busy lives and the frenzy of life has now become an inevitable constant and difficult to exclude; in spite of this, we always remain human people and not indestructible machines, therefore our body and our mind need their times of rest and relaxation.

Starting from the analysis of the first element exposed, it must be considered that a certain amount of hours of daily sleep is recommended, in such a way that both the mind and the physical come out invigorated; in fact, as far as the mind is concerned, it is undisputed that if we speak in an academic context, if a person sleeps at least 8 hours a night, there is a positive feedback on memory .

The other aspect is from a physiological point of view, as it allows the body to regenerate itself and, if you have done sports, even at an amateur level, an adequate night’s sleep helps to regenerate and fortify the muscle tissue fatigued by the physical activity carried out during the day.

 

So, arrived at this consideration, you all can see how everything is a chain reaction that connects between the fundamental parts of which my webpage is composed: physical activity increases both physical and mental well-being, but without adequate rest the body can’t progress properly and the mind has worse intellectual performances!

 

Turning now to the second element in question, the so-called relaxation, we can include a wide range of activities.

First of all, however, it must be taken into consideration that relaxation is a very subjective thing and therefore it varies and differs greatly from individual to individual; the only general line that applies to everyone, however, is the fact that we mean those activities that “break” the normal daily routine and that lead the individual to experiment with new aspects of his / her ability \ knowledge or the performance of intriguing activities for the individual himself (such as hobbies, passions and much more).

This aspect is often underestimated, but it is necessary to spend time for ourself dedicating to what we like to do, in company or in solitude and recollection.
