Physical activity is a fundamental element to combine with a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It can be composed in multiple parts and levels of difficulty, but in general it is a requirement within everyone’s reach without excessive restrictions and \ or limits.

It does not necessarily imply a competitive commitment, which is why it is not difficult to include this practice in our daily activities.
Obviously the time dedicated to that also depends a lot on the objectives of each individual person, but usually we recommend at least half an hour a day of light physical activity (as well as a simple walk).

This causes the metabolism to remain active and in general the whole organism is influenced from its benefit; our body is connected between the various systems and apparatus: when even just one of them starts to feel better, all the others are directly or indirectly affected.
To give a more practical example, let’s consider that a person organizes himself\herself to do a half hour of bland jogging per day, this would have a decisive impact on his\her circulatory system which consequently allows the respiratory system to oxygenate better and more quickly the tissues, making in turn improve the musculoskeletal system thanks to a better spraying of the tissues; the benefits do not end here: as the metabolism is more active and therefore the digestive system also performs its functions better.
From here, therefore, we deduce how fundamental it is the physical activity. As mentioned above, you don’t necessarily need to get to a professional level, very often it takes much less to already see the huge benefits!

Obviously, if you are a beginner or if you do not know how to organize yourself from a sporting point of view, you can always contact me with the data that I have made available on the page dedicated to it (“About me”); from there, I can give you if you want advices on how to structure your sports routine, up to real training schedules for the most competitive and oriented people towards the world of sports.
A very important factor, however, even more so if you are just entering into this new “sports world”, is to be followed by someone who has some experience in the field, preferably including with academic references, in such a way as to be sure that what you are doing is intended to achieve a specific purpose and above all that it is being carried out as efficiently as possible.
